SLM Funding LLC (“SLM Funding”) has revised the structure of the student loan asset-backed notes to be issued by the SLM Student Loan Trust 2005-6 (the “Trust”). The attached term sheet sets forth the material changes in the structure from what was described in the preliminary prospectus supplement and prospectus, each dated July 15, 2005, which were filed with the Commission on July 19, 2005.
