On May 6, 2011 and May 9, 2011, respectively, Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued press releases announcing its updated capital expenditure budget and operational results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 and its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. Copies of the press releases are furnished as part of this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2.
