Highbury Financial Inc. (the “Company”) has prepared an Investor Information Package which includes general information regarding the Company and the investment management industry along with certain financial projections relating to the Company’s financial condition and results of operations for the fiscal quarter of the Company ending June 30, 2009 and for each fiscal year of the Company ending December 31, 2009 through December 31, 2014.
A copy of the Investor Information Package is incorporated by reference herein and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
