Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On October 14, 2019, Leidos Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and Angela L. Heise, President of the Company’s Civil Group, mutually agreed that Ms. Heise’s employment with the Company will cease effective as of October 18, 2019.
(e) The Company has determined to treat Ms. Heise’s separation from the Company as an Executive Layoff Event pursuant to the Company’s previously adopted Executive Severance Plan. Accordingly, Ms. Heise is eligible to receive the benefits afforded to Eligible Officers upon an Executive Layoff Event as such terms are defined in the Executive Severance Plan.
