Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 28, 2020, the Fund executed a 1-for-5 reverse stock split. As a result of the reverse stock splits, every five outstanding shares of common stock of the Fund was automatically converted into one share of common stock. As of the close of business on July 27, 2020, Mr. Murphy owned 3,000 shares of the Fund which were converted to 600 shares on July 28, 2020.
