Explanation of Responses:

1. 1/4 of the shares subject to this option shall vest and become exercisable on November 9, 2016, and the remainder shall thereafter vest in 36 equal monthly installments, such that this option is fully exercisable on November 9, 2019. This option is subject to accelerated vesting upon termination without cause upon a change of control of the Issuer.
