On August 14, 2019, Carbonite, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company and Mr. Paul Mellinger have mutually agreed that Mr. Mellinger will step down from his position as SVP Sales, effective August 14, 2019. The Company expects that Mr. Mellinger will remain as an employee of the Company through January 6, 2020 to assist with the transition of his role.
