On August 15, 2019, Carbonite, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Ms. Danielle Sheer has resigned from her positions as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective September 13, 2019, in order to pursue other professional opportunities. The Company recognizes and thanks Ms. Sheer for her dedication and service to the Company.
