(b) On February 1, 2023, Tracy S. Bennett submitted notice to the Boards of Directors of Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), Lake Shore, MHC (the “MHC”) and Lake Shore Savings Bank (the “Bank”) of his retirement as Director of the Company, the MHC and the Bank effective December 31, 2023.
Mr. Bennett did not cite any disagreements with the Company, the MHC or the Bank in connection
with his retirement.
