(“Ternium” or the “Company”), to the comments of the Staff of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Staff”) set forth in its letter dated October 28, 2011, to Mr. Pablo Brizzio, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and received by the Company on October 31, 2011.
