Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On October 9, 2009, Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“AVRS”, “we” or “us”), entered into Promissory Note with Walter Geldenhuys, who is our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and who serves as a member of our Board of Directors. The Promissory Note is effective as of October 9, 2009 in the principal amount of $80,000 with a maturity date of the Promissory Note April 9, 2010. A copy of the Promissory Note is furnished herewith as Exhibit 10.1
