On Thursday, December 9, 2021, the management of Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) and Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (collectively “CODI”) will hold a virtual investor presentation at 1:00 p.m., Eastern Time. The event includes a presentation by the CODI management team and CODI’s Marucci Sports subsidiary. A copy of the press release announcing the event is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
