On June 28, 2010, Justin Shong, Senior Vice President, Global Sales of OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his intention to resign his position with the Company. Mr. Shong’s resignation will take effect at the close of business on June 30, 2010.
Effective on July 1, 2010, the Company appointed Richard Singh, age 49, to serve as the Company’s new Senior Vice President, Sales. Mr. Singh was previously Senior Vice President – World Wide Sales of the Company from 2005- December 2007. Mr. Singh has more than 20 years experience in sales and sales management positions in high tech companies such as Corsair Memory Inc., ON-Stream Data, Samsung, Toshiba, and Seagate Technologies.
