On June 28, 2006, the Company amended its $12.0 million line of credit with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (successor by merger to Bank One, NA) to extend the termination and maturity dates to September 28, 2006 from June 28, 2006. No other terms or conditions were modified.
