Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 14, 2014, Western Capital Resources posted a slideshow presentation on its corporate website (www.westerncapitalresources.com) relating to certain information about AlphaGraphics, Inc., the business recently acquired through a merger transaction effective October 1, 2014. The slideshow presentation is being shown at an annual meeting of investors in the ultimate parent entity of AlphaGraphics (which ultimate parent entity is also an affiliate of Western Capital) prior to the consummation of the merger. The slideshow presentation is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
