In a meeting held on January 14, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Western Capital Resources, Inc. approved an increase of $60,000 in the base salary paid to Steve Irlbeck, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, resulting in an annualized base salary of $225,000 for Mr. Irlbeck. The increase is effective as of January 1, 2015.
