On September 13, 2007, GateHouse Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stock for the quarter ending September 30, 2007, payable on October 15, 2007 to holders of record of the Company’s common stock on September 28, 2007.
