GateHouse Media Announces Third Quarter Dividend of $0.40

Fairport, New York. September 13, 2007 — GateHouse Media, Inc. (NYSE: GHS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.40 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2007 to holders of record of GateHouse’s common stock on September 28, 2007.
