On March 26, 2018, AnaptysBio, Inc. (“AnaptysBio”) issued a press release announcingtop-lineproof-of-concept data from an interim analysis of AnaptysBio’s ongoing ANB020 Phase 2a trial in adult patients with peanut allergy. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
On March 26, 2018, AnaptysBio held an investor conference call. A copy of the slides presented during the investor conference call are furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
