On August 18, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized the purchase up to $8,000,000 of the Common Stock of the Company. The purchases may occur in the public markets, from time to time, subject to market conditions and management discretion. The text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
