Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 19, 2008, Mr. Chris Powell, the Company’s senior director of finance and principal accounting officer, advised the Company that he has accepted an offer of employment with another employer, and will leave the Company effective October 1, 2008. Mr. Powell has also been serving as interim chief financial officer in advance of the commencement of employment by Barry Plaga, who was previously announced as the Company’s new chief financial officer. The Company does not intend to hire a replacement for Mr. Powell, whose duties will be assumed by Mr. Plaga. Mr. Powell will remain employed by the Company and will continue to serve as the Company’s interim CFO and principal accounting officer, until October 1, 2008.
