Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective September 1, 2015, Quest Partners LLC was added to the portfolio of Equinox Frontier Balanced Fund as a major advisor to trade the Quest Tracker Index (QTI) program on behalf of the Equinox Frontier Balanced Fund. The advisory agreement with respect to the arrangement with Quest Partners LLC is substantially similar to the Form of Advisory Agreement, which was included as Exhibit 10.3 to the Registration Statement on Form S-1 filed by The Frontier Fund on February 2, 2010 and incorporated herein by reference.
Effective September 1, 2015, Chesapeake Capital Corporation was added to the portfolio of the Equinox Frontier Long/Short Commodity Fund as a major advisor. The advisory agreement with respect to the arrangement with Chesapeake Capital Corporation is substantially similar to the Form of Advisory Agreement, which was included as Exhibit 10.3 to the Registration Statement on Form S-1 filed by The Frontier Fund on February 2, 2010 and incorporated herein by reference.
