I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (EDENOR) (“Edenor S.A.” or the “Company”) in compliance of the applicable regulation, in order to inform that on September 19th 2019 S&P Global Ratings downgraded Edenor’s rating in the Argentina’s National Scale from “raA” to “raBBB”.
The rating downgrade evidences the S&P Global Ratings’s revaluation of the creditworthiness of the comparative sector in Argentina and a recalibration of all its ratings in the National Scale, following the downgrade of the Argentine Republic in the global scale to ¨CCC¨ on August 30th, 2019.
