COSAN LIMITED (NYSE: CZZ, BM&FBovespa: CZLT33), announces to shareholders and to the market in general that on June 1^st 2015, Paula Kovarsky joined the Company as Investor Relations Director reporting to Marcelo Martins, who will remain in the position of Chief Financial Officer.

With a degree in Production Engineering from PUC-Rio and MBA in Finance from IBMEC, Paula Kovarsky has 19 years of professional experience and has served at Shell Brasil and Itaú BBA.
