On April 20, 2010, CorMedix Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the issuance of a patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the use of Neutrolin®, one of the Company’s product candidates, for preventing infection and clotting in hemodialysis catheters. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
