This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K of ValueSetters, Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 24, 2018. The terms of the Company’s initial contract with Braidy Industries, Inc. have been finalized and Braidy Industries, Inc. has paid the Company a fee of $50,000 for that contract.
