On January 9, 2009, Colfax Corporation issued a press release providing 2009 outlook and preliminary 2008 highlights. Colfax Corporation has scheduled a conference call for 8:00 a.m. EST on January 9, 2009 to discuss its 2009 outlook and preliminary 2008 highlights, and slides for that call are attached to this report as Exhibit 99.2 and are incorporated in this report by reference.
