PCB Bancorp Declares $0.08 Quarterly Cash Dividend

Los Angeles, California - November 1, 2019 - PCB Bancorp (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PCB), the holding company of Pacific City Bank, announced that on October 31, 2019, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about December 13, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 29, 2019.

“I am pleased to announce another increase in our quarterly cash dividend to $0.08 per common share from $0.06 per common share. With this increase, our 2019 year-to-date cash dividend totals $0.25 per common share,” said Henry Kim, President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are committed to making corporate decisions that directly benefits our shareholders.”
