Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On May 21, 2012, the Board of Directors of Your Event, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation ofMr.Kimitaka Saito. Mr. Saito resigned from his position asCommissioner of Auditing Committee/External Director. Mr. Saito desires to pursue other endeavors. Mr. Saitodoes not have any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
