On June 29, 2012, the Board of Directors of Your Event, Inc., (the “Company” or the “Registrant”) accepted the resignation ofMr. Tetsuya Imamura, in his position as director of the Company. Mr. Imamura does not have any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
