On August 8, 2012, Collarini Associates delivered to Mesa Energy Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), a letter relating to their estimates of the Company’s reserves in its fields located in South Louisiana as of July 1, 2012. A copy of that letter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
