Cougar Oil and Gas Canada Inc. is holding its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, April 29, 2010 on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. (Calgary time) at its office located at Suite 1120, 833 – 4 Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta T2P 3T5, Canada. Only shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 29th, 2010, are entitled to receive formal notice of the meeting.
