Overview
On October 15, 2010, DJSP Enterprises, Inc., a British Virgin Islands company, limited by shares (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it has instituted staff reductions as a result of reduced file volumes and continues to evaluate additional measures in response to the reduction in file volumes. The Company also announced that the audit committee of its board of directors has commenced an internal investigation with respect to compliance with applicable legal requirements of the Company's mortgage foreclosure processing procedures.
