Overview
On October 22, 2010, DJSP Enterprises, Inc., a British Virgin Islands company, limited by shares (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it had instituted further staff reductions as a result of continued reduced file volumes.
On October 25, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that Mark P. Harmon had resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board of Managers of DAL Group, LLC, a subsidiary of the Company.
