Overview
On November 5, 2010, DJSP Enterprises, Inc., a British Virgin Islands company, limited by shares (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it had instituted further staff reductions as a result of announcements by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that they had terminated their relationships with DJSP’s primary client.
A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
