ENB Financial Corp Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
(July 16, 2014) -- Ephrata, PA --ENB Financial Corp (OTCBB: ENBP), declared a third quarter cash dividend today, July 16, 2014, of $0.27 per share, an increase of $0.01, or 3.8%, from the dividend paid in the third quarter of 2013, and maintaining the dividend amount from the second quarter of 2014. The dividend applies to all shareholders of record as of August 15, 2014, and is payable on September 15, 2014. Shareholders will receive $0.27 for each share of ENB Financial Corp common stock owned as of the record date.
