2. Price is the discounted price based on the 15% discount on shares purchased, and dividends reinvested, in the company's ESPP at the plan's purchase price.

Per an 8K filed on 7/1/2024, Mr. Neiss left his employment with ENB on 6/27/2024. Per ENB's Insider Trading Policy, insiders remain subject to the terms of that policy for six months following their employment. Mr. Neiss will be subject to those terms through 12/27/2024.
