On June 18, 2015, the Board of Directors of ENB Financial Corp announced the approval of the renewal of a plan to purchase, in open market and privately negotiated transactions, up to 140,000 shares of its outstanding common stock.

The June 18, 2015 press release announcing the buyback plan is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
