1. On May 18, 2018, the reporting person provided notice of exercise of his warrant to purchase 145,001 shares of common stock for $2.50 a share on a cashless basis. Issuer executed the transaction on May 18, 2018 based on May 17, 2018 stock prices resulting in LLEX withholding 81,829 shares to pay the exercise price.
