ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On March 1, 2021, Travere Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release and accompanying information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
