Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 7, 2019, Nevro Corp. (“Nevro” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited revenue for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018.    A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
