Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On September 15, 2010, Archipelago Learning, Inc., or the “Company,” posted a corporate presentation to its website at http://investor.archipelagolearning.com/events.cfm. The presentation, attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference, provides an overview of the Company’s strategy and performance, and will be used during various investor conferences throughout the third and fourth quarters.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 7, 2010, the Company issued a press release, attached as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference, announcing that Tim McEwen, Chief Executive Officer, and James Walburg, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the BMO Capital Markets 10th Annual Back to School Education Conference held at the Grand Hyatt in New York on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 3:30 pm Eastern Time.
At this conference, Messrs. McEwen and Walburg will be discussing the strategies and performance for the quarter and last twelve months ended June 30, 2010, and their presentation will include the corporate presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference. The presentation will be webcast live on the Company’s website at http://investor.archipelagolearning.com/events.cfm.
