Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On December 6, 2010, Archipelago Learning, Inc., or the “Company,” posted a corporate presentation to its website athttp://investor.archipelagolearning.com/events.cfm. The presentation, attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference, provides an overview of the Company’s strategy and performance, and will be used during various investor conferences throughout the fourth quarter 2010 and first quarter 2011.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 1, 2010, the Company issued a press release, attached as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference, announcing that Tim McEwen, Chief Executive Officer, and James Walburg, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the William Blair & Co. Global Services Growth Stock Conference held at the Four Seasons Scottsdale at Troon North in Scottsdale, AZ on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 1:50 pm Mountain Standard Time.
At this conference, Messrs. McEwen and Walburg will be discussing the strategies and performance for the year to date and last twelve months ended September 30, 2010, and their presentation will include the corporate presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference.
