This Pre-Effective Amendment No. 1 to Post-Effective Amendment No. 6 to the Registration Statement on Form S-11 (No. 333-164777) is filed solely to add certain exhibits not previously filed with respect to such Registration Statement. No other changes have been made to the Registration Statement.
