Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 13, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Registrant will host an earnings conference call and live webcast covering its fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial results at 8:00 a.m. EDT on March 14, 2014, which is also 8:00 p.m. in Beijing on March 14, 2014. See the attached press release for information concerning dial-in access or webcast access to the earnings conference call.
