On September 4, 2012, D. Medical Industries Ltd. (the "Company") was notified by one of its director nominee, Mr. Ilan Flato, that he decided to withdraw his nomination to the Company's board of directors, due to personal reasons. Therefore, Mr. Flato will not stand for election at the Company's upcoming annual general meeting on September 12, 2012. Other than as stated above, there are no other changes to the agenda of the annual general meeting or to its schedule.
