D. Medical Industries Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that at the annual general meeting of its shareholders (the "Shareholders Meeting") held on September 12, 2012, all proposals were approved excluding proposal number 1 regarding the appointing of the Company's auditor, Kesselman & Kesselman, a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers network.
The Company's board of directors (the "Board") meeting, held on September 12, 2012, resolved to appoint Mr. David Schwartz as the chairman of the Board.
