Northwest Medical Park – Margate, Florida
On October 31, 2014, CNL Healthcare Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), through an operating subsidiary, acquired Northwest Medical Park, a medical office building located in Margate, Florida, for approximately $11.3 million. A copy of the Company’s press release describing the acquisition of Northwest Medical Park is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
