Fairfield Village of Layton – Layton City, Utah
On November 20, 2014, CNL Healthcare Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), through an operating subsidiary, acquired Fairfield Village of Layton, a Class A senior housing community located in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, for approximately $68 million. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the acquisition of Fairfield Village of Layton is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
