On September 8, 2016, First NBC Bank Holding Company (the "Company") will host an analyst and investor conference call to discuss the Company’s recently filed Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 and provide additional commentary on the state of the business and go-forward strategy. In connection with the conference call, the Company has prepared an investor presentation. A copy of the investor presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
